Seaspray Rooms is a Victorian property in Bexhill, East Sussex. Our nine bedrooms are arranged over the three upper floors, with the breakfast served in the restaurant on the ground floor. Seaspray Rooms was totally renovated in 2016, and all our rooms offer character and comfort in equal measure. Wireless is available throughout and tea/coffee making facilities are available in every room and of course rocksalt-on-sea is open for guest breakfast, as well as lunch through to evening meals. Located just metres from the beach and the extensive seafront, we are across the road from the iconic De La Warr Pavilion, viewable from most rooms, which continues to flourish as Bexhill's major tourist attraction and event venue. Due to the age and nature of our building all the rooms are accessed by stairs and there is no lift available, so unfortunately we are not wheelchair accessible. On busy evenings and live music nights, rooms 1, 2 and 3 will resonate with the sound of entertainment and life, so check the rocksalt-on-sea website for their event dates, or book one of the rooms on the top floor. Coast Bed and Breakfast is located near the sailing club, the De La Warr Pavilion, the rail station, shops, cafes and restaurants, and is less than 150 metres from the unspoilt seafront in Bexhill-on-Sea. The beach is just at the bottom of the road with wonderful rock pools to explore at low tide. The local area has excellent golf, sailing, walking, museums and galleries. The rooms are stylish and individual, whilst retaining many period features. All rooms are contemporary, with bath/shower, or shower. Plush white towels, sumptuous feather quilts, and a well stocked hospitality tray, flat screen TV with free view, and free WiFi access. Coast B&B has a strictly no smoking policy. Check-in times are from 15:30 until 20:30 unless by prior arrangement. Latest check-out time is 10:30. We do not usually take deposits, however we do ask for appropriate debit card details which will only be used to recover the full cost of your reservation in the event that you cancel within 48 hours of the date you are due to arrive or should you fail to keep your reservation.
