Halsons is a small, three bedroom Bed and Breakfast situated in the small village of Morcombelake, famous for the Moores bakery. We are just off the A35 , tucked away down a small lane with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. We have an outside terrace where guests can sit and relax and enjoy the countryside. Morcombelake is in an area of outstanding natural beauty and we are close to the Jurassic coastline. Golden Cap, the highest point on the south west coast is walking distance from our house. We offer free parking and free wi if as well as free toiletries and a wide range of teas and coffee in our rooms. All rooms are ensuites with large modern walk in showers. Nearby places to visit are Charmouth for fossil hunting , Lyme Regis which is a beautiful seaside town and West Bay with its beautiful beach and small harbour, made famous in the Briadchurch TV series. Dorchester is about 30 minutes drive away and Exeter is 45 minutes by car. more
