Staffed 24/7, the hotel aims to make the most of your stay. Guests highly complimented the hotel personnel, saying that they were always pleasant and professional, attentive and accommodating, and incredibly helpful.
Most guests found the complimentary buffet breakfast at the Empire to be very tasty and highly recommend it. Reviews say that there is a wide variety of selections, with options catering to various diets. In addition, if you're a coffee lover, guests say that the hotel's java is not to be missed.
Though most guests were pleased with their accommodations, finding them to be clean and functional, some thought that their rooms were a bit too small for comfort, and thought that the in-room amenities were a bit limited.
The hotel is located in a busy area, so some rooms may be subject to street noise and the buzz of nightlife. Some guests were annoyed that they could not keep their window open at night because of this. Because there is to air conditioning, the rooms felt a bit stuffy due to this.
