The resort's location gives it a tranquil appeal as it's away from the hustle-bustle of the city. Some of the past guests had a memorable stay as they loved the peace around the hotel. There are also great places to walk and jog around the lush gardens and private beach.
The Destination Dining concept by Angsana Ihuru has been liked by lot of past guests. Guests have liked the delicious food and the perfect ambiance to enjoy the flavours. The presence of attentive service staff was an add-on to this unforgettable experience.
Snorkelling experience at the resort has been enjoyed by high number of past guests. Guests have had their swimming experiences with beautiful coral reef which they found very magical. Water is clear as it could be and there is no reason left by the resort for not liking it.
Some of the previous guests have advised the need for refurbishment for the resort as paint has started to come off the walls in the rooms. Besides that the furniture in the rooms is outdated and old style as well.
Guests have had issues with their villa's cleanliness. In certain instances, guests have complained of dirty bedding and towels in the room. Also, the bathroom needs a thorough cleaning as reported by past guests.
