All departments are commendable with fresh, friendly smiles and fantastic charm! Nothing is too much trouble for them when it comes to guest comfort.
Breakfast is highly recommended and offers a great selection. All restaurants and bars on-site are of the highest quality and the bars all have happy hours. Service is excellent.
Some felt their rooms did not live up to true five star expectations, as furniture had occasional unevenness, doors stuck and some areas were not pristinely cleaned. Some complained their balconies had not been swept.
Choices and flavours were below par for some guests, and others disliked the size of the crowd at breakfast as it prevented them from easily finding a place to sit.
Some didn't feel the pools looked quite polished enough for their tastes and would recommend some upgrading.
