Upon arrival, while guests have to go through the sometimes tedious process of checking in, welcome drinks are provided to make the situation more bearable. Once check in is done, guests are assisted with their luggage, so one hand will be free to hold onto the delightful beverage.

Unfortunately, being as environmentally friendly as possible, guests are only supplied fresh towels once a day. This is the norm in most hotels, but with the heat of Thailand, one may feel like a second shower is required each day, and a fresh towel is needed.

The onsite swimming pool may not provide guests with the swimming experience they desire, as the pool is on the shallow side. While this may not be deemed perfect for adults, it is children friendly, and allows for all guests to be able to cool down.

The lower floors of the building houses a half empty shopping mall, which does provide guests with onsite shopping, but also means guests will have to travel through the mall each time the arrive or leave the premises.
