The hotel is within walking distance to many shopping areas, as well as cafes and restaurants. Within a 10-minute walk you can reach local shops, the SM Makati shopping center, Landmark Department Store, Glorietta Mall. Other attractions such as Greenbelt Park and the Ayala Museum are within 15-minutes' walk. The hotel is also located on a main road where taxis's are easy to come by.

The housekeeping staff reportedly provided an unreliable service and standard of cleanliness. Several guests reported that the bathrooms had not been cleaned and that mold was growing around the bathtub area.
