Mayfair Hideaway Spa Resort's surroundings are lovely and calming. Most guests enjoyed taking strolls on the resort. They were glad to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city. A lot of couples had their honeymoons here and they were very pleased by the intimate setting.
The staff could not do more for the guests, and were passionate with their jobs. They are competent, kind, and polite. In addition, they even tried to cheer up the guests whenever they have bad days. Thus, many guests enjoyed the royalty treatment most hotels did not give them.
Your stay would not be complete without having a visit to the hotel's spa. Staffs who give the massages and other treatments are professionals. In addition, the spa is very clean and has a rejuvenating ambience.
Many guests said that having a vacation at this hotel was not that cheap. However, they got what they paid for. The facilities were well-kept and the service was unparalleled. In addition, guests said that the property deserved all the money they spent.
There were times when the presence of many birds bothered the guests. They were all over the place, including the pool area. Their sounds also disturbed some guests early in the morning. This issue is out of the management's control though.
Guests had to log in each time they had to use the Wi-Fi. There were also times when there's no Internet access for a day, which made some guests upset. However, the staffs always try their best to settle it as soon as possible.
