Aquamarine Resort and Villa is perfect for relaxation. It is situated in a quiet and peaceful environment. Guests noted that they were not disturbed by the hustle and bustle of the city. Moreover, rooms have excellent soundproofing, so you can definitely sleep in peace.
Kamala Beach is arguably the best beach in the country, and this property takes pride in providing its guests an easy access to the said attraction. You can walk from the property to the beach if you have the energy, or you can make use of the complimentary shuttle service.
Perhaps the best thing about the hotel is the view of the blue Andaman sea. Guests enjoyed the mesmerising view of the sea from the spacious balcony of their room or while they were swimming in the outdoor pool.
You might come across a staff member who seem like he/she does not want to help unless they make a tip out of the service. Some of the guests took note that few staff members were not friendly and did not communicate well with them.
Pre-cooked eggs, old breads, and bad fruits are just some of the many complaints about the poor foods served during breakfast. Moreover, the breakfast area is usually loud, so you might not want to spend your mornings at this area if you want a peaceful morning. There are many dining options you can try outside the resort, though.
The free Internet access provided by the hotel doesn't seem to work on the rooms according to some guests. It works at public areas, but is very spotty and unreliable.
