Guests who have stayed here have found the bedrooms to be a comfortable, clean and spacious environment to spend their nights. Guests love the contemporary decor and have also fed back there is plenty of storage space for clothes, unlike some hotels of this size.
The shuttle bus to the beach runs regularly and is rarely late, according to guests who've stayed here. The bus also makes a stop at 5th avenue, Playa Del Carmen's main strip which features vibrant bars, restaurants and shops. Guests felt the shuttle bus was an easy and practical way to travel around.
Many guests have reported there are a variety of daytime activities that run throughout the day, and the animation team work tirelessly to ensure that guests have a fun stay here.
Some guests have mentioned that the Wi-Fi signal in the hotel doesn't reach to some of the rooms that are further out. Guests who need to stay connected should request a room close to the lobby for this reason.
Several guests have complained that throughout the day, the main pool seemed to accumulate dirt and by lunchtime was less than appealing, with vast amounts of insects and sand making the water appear murky.
