This hotel features a pool, fitness centre, spa, beach, free parking, Wi-Fi, conference areas and ballrooms. Moreover, it’s near shopping districts, malls and entertainment like Bandra, Lower Parel and Worli.
Restaurants, bars and lounges on-site include China House, Celini (Italian home-style cooking) and Soma (Indian tandoor grilled dishes) while Fifty Five East provides international specialties for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The Grand Hyatt Mumbai is 10-minutes from the Domestic Airport and the Mumbai International Airport (BOM) T2 terminal. It’s within 30-minutes of South Mumbai via the Bandra-Worli Sea Link and only 5-minutes from the Bandra Kurla complex (BKC).
Many guest say they feel spoiled by the VIP treatment from the time they enter until they leave. While some had complaints of staff rudeness, an overwhelming majority felt welcomed to be at the hotel. They felt the staff took the hospitality aspect of the

A number of guests complimented the breakfast choices and the Italian and Chinese cuisine dishes. Visitors even mentioned the complimentary appetizers and drinks were enjoyable.
People who like to shop remark they enjoy the hotel’s in house shopping area and specialty shops, like the bakery. They also loved how convenient it was getting to other nearby areas of interest (restaurants, malls, airports, etc.)
A few guests found themselves jumping through hoops to get information on reservations, unexplained charges, special requests and housekeeping. In some situations, the issues weren’t addressed by the time their stay ended. However, these incidents seem to

Visitors commented that although adequate, many of their experiences (from cleanliness of the hotel to food quality) can’t be considered five stars when compared to other hotels in Mumbai (or the world).
