It is a grand wooden building, built in the Art Deco age of the 1940's, and tastefully refurbished. Facilities include free WIFI, and Sky TV including Sky Sport. The centrally heated rooms make it warm and comfortable during winter. Fully made-up beds and towels provided in 30 lockable rooms. Comfy lounges and 2 fully-equipped kitchens for guest use. Proximity to venues: Walking distance from town centre, restaurants, shops and heated swimming pool. Mountain bikers will find the Old Nurses Home as the perfect venue to launch your trip to 'The Old Ghost Road' at Lyell. It also has LOCKABLE BIKE STORAGE. Activities in the area: Mountain biking, fishing, tramping, 4WD tracks, jet boating, mine museums and historic mine sites. Reefton has a fantastic 'skate - park' and swimming pool.
