Like a monolith, the Sport and Wellnesshotel San Gian in St. Moritz stands out against the Signalbahn and near the cross country trails. The impressive exterior skin made of green slate is a reference to the Engadine mountains. The hotel offers you 50 spacious and comfortable rooms, which have been modernized in 2011. Furniture and design present themselves in a modern look that combines comfort with exclusive elegance. The walls are partially paneled with Engadine pine - and thus bring the spicy Engadine forest air into the rooms. Custom made box spring beds with comfortable latex core mattresses in overlength (210cm) ensure an ergonomically incomparable lying comfort. Particularly impressive are the 50 bathrooms, which are integrated into the living areas by means of large glass walls. Intimacy at the touch of a button: in a fraction of a second, the walls turn into opaque frosted glass panes. The bathtubs have flat TV screens, the taps are equipped with the latest LED technology, which makes the water appear red, green or blue depending on the hot or cold position. The Hotel San Gian has two restaurants: a Gourmet Restaurant (à la carte) and the Royal Mongolian Restaurant with buffet and show kitchen. The hotel has its own wellness area and guests of the San Gian can use the swimming pool, spa and fitness center Ovaverva free of charge!
