Positive Reviews

Outdoor pool is great for kids

Whilst it may not be big enough to swim lengths in, the Victoria's outdoor pool is ideal for keeping little ones amused on sunny days Be warned though; once they get in, they won't want to get out again 'till tea time.

Top drawer location

Having pretty much all of Great Yarmouth's chief sights and attractions within easy strolling distance (10-15 minutes max) is a huge bonus Top Tip: do yourself a favour and pre-book tickets if you're hoping to visit the nearby Sea Life Centre: it's extremely popular during the high season.

Plentiful brekkies

You don't just get the option of having a traditional English fry-up with a cuppa OR some toast, cereal and fruit with pure juices; this hotel lets you have both Undoubtedly a very nice – and filling - way to start the day.

Negative Reviews

On-site car park is small

Parking spaces are frequently hard to come by in the free car park and turning/manoeuvring can be pretty stressful at times Fortunately, alternative parking can usually be found out on the street.

Breakfast is served promptly from 8 30am to 9 30am

An hour isn't that long when you've got a full hotel of guests to accommodate Moreover, an 8 30am start is also pretty late when you've got excited little ones in your party who tend to be up and raring to go by 7am.

Can be noisy at night

Although this isn't a noisy hotel per se, it is one of those buildings which seems to transfer – and magnify – sounds around the building in perpetuity The sound of closing drawers, shoes being kicked off, bickering families and sliding bathroom doors is all too common here so make sure you bring some earplugs with you.
