Spectacular scenery

Guests love this hotel for its stellar views. Because the resort is situated on a ridge, the property offers some incredible vantage points of Doon Valley and the mountains. Guests say most rooms have excellent views in addition to the restaurant.

So many steps

Guests warn that this resort is quite large and filled with steps and hills. Those with mobility issues find it hard to get around, especially since almost all rooms require at least some stairs.

Remote resort

A lot of guests complain that the resort is a bit too far from the city centre. It is a challenge to get to during peak season as the traffic on the main road gets quite bad. Many people don't like that one can't walk to the town centre, as taxi service is not readily available here and tends to be expensive.

Limited signal

According to reviews, the resort is located in an area of low mobile signal. Because of this, guests are constantly frustrated at the lack of free Wi-Fi at the resort. Some add that while paid Wi-Fi is available, its reach is quite limited.
