Positive Reviews

Relaxing location

The property's location right at the foot of the Naina Peak literally means guests are often amongst the clouds. They can actually feel the freshness in the air whilst enjoying bird-watching, hiking and nature walks. They don't even need to set an alarm in the morning, due to beautiful sounds of the chirping birds.

Staff is one of the highlights

The wonderful staff are described as very cooperative, kind and helpful in every way. Customer service and hospitality is above average, and guests say this is one of the main reasons the stay is so memorable.

Great food

The wholesome dishes that are on offer here, almost make travellers forget they're on vacation, but rather at home enjoying a good home-cooked meal. They find the food at the hotel's restaurant suitable for the whole family.

Negative Reviews

No phone network

There's no network coverage here, and the presence of the high mountain ranges is often the cause of the very weak Wi-Fi signal too. Those who need to connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi have to make their way down to the lobby to get the best result.

Far away from Nainital

Guests complain that there's no public transport between the hotel and the city centre. They have to take a private taxi which becomes rather expensive.
