Ample on-site parking

Guests not only found plenty of parking available, they also felt the area was very safe. Once they were parked, it was not a far walk to the reception area, which they found really convenient.

Beautiful hotel, budget price

If you're working within a strict budget, then this hotel will be ideal. The room price was considered to be very reasonable when compared with the amenities on offer. In addition, guests thought the location was great and the hospitality was top class, too.

Quality food

The food that was served at the hotel was considered to be really good. The overall service was quick and efficient and the waiters in the restaurant were cheerful and hospitable.

Negative Reviews

Bathrooms need repair

Issues such as broken toilet seats, cranky flushing mechanisms and often a lack of hot water in the bathrooms was a cause for concern among travellers. They felt the bathrooms needed a little extra attention in the maintenance department.

No elevator

If you are not keen to climb several stairs to get to your room, then ask for a room on the ground floor. Guests who got a room on the higher levels found it time-consuming to get up and back down the stairs every time they went out.

Room to improve hygiene levels

Generally, the overall cleanliness level of the public spaces and rooms was found to be pretty average. Guests felt that there was a little room to improve this, starting with the house keeping staff and perhaps a deep clean in the rooms.
