As a result, regular guests typically feel they receive poor service when a large wedding is taking place during their stay.

Questionable value for money

Guests feel that the hotel could easily justify its tariff by adopting more stringent procedures. Currently, areas of concern include a minibar with nothing in it; rooms lacking the advertised complimentary toiletries, poor Wi-Fi and a less than professional approach to cleaning procedures. These weaknesses lead guests to conclude that they are being over-charged.
