No Wi-Fi in rooms

Reviewers do not speak highly of the resort’s Wi-Fi system. They say the Internet is only available at the lobby area, and not in the rooms. This is inconvenient for them, especially when the resort is full and all are crowded at the lobby, trying to access the Internet all at once.

Slow check-in process

Although the receptionists are said to be friendly, there seems to be a problem of inefficiency during check-ins. There is always a long queue, harried guests complain. They find they have to wait for a long time before they are directed to their rooms. As a result, the lobby area is often crowded with people waiting to be checked in.

Steep road approaching the resort

Visitors find the approach road to the property to be difficult and quite risky. It is narrow and steep, which is hard for those travelling with their private compact vehicles.
