There's plenty of parking nearby, the swimming pools are clean and well-maintained, the beach is easily-accessible and well-lit at night and there's an abundance of activities and things to do. .
Guests reported that staff members at this hotel are very friendly and are there to greet guests upon arrival. Throughout an entire stay, they're always around to help out with anything. They provide a quick and easy check-in, they help carry luggage to their rooms and they're accommodating to guests' individual needs. .
The guest rooms are cozy but with enough space to move about and store personal items. Guests also reported that they're cleaned to a high standard, the decor is modern and tasteful, the views are very nice, the beds are comfortable and the kitchenettes are well-equipped. .
Guests reported a number of issues with the rooms including a strange musty smell, mould in the bathrooms, showers that spray water all over the place, broken appliances, a shortage of towels, tattered furnishings, stained linens, dusty curtains, uncomfortable beds and walls that are not soundproof. .
Some staff members at Bay Watch Resort are unfriendly and don't do anything more than they have to. Also reported was long waits at check-in, issues that go unresolved for long periods of time if they are resolved at all, staff who stand around talking to one another while ignoring guests and staff who allow guests to smoke around the property even though it's non-smoking. .
Guests reported that the on-site swimming pools are cloudy and dirty due to a lack of maintenance and there is trash around the grounds.
