Review summary
Summarized by AI from 30+ reviews
This hotel is set within a beautiful natural environment featuring tropical gardens and offering direct access to a small private beach, making it a memorable destination for guests. Its unique appeal lies in its blend of natural beauty and a lively, activity-focused atmosphere, often described as a club hotel. While many guests appreciate the hotel's prime location and the range of activities available, there's a consistent theme regarding the property's need for significant renovation and updates. The hotel is particularly well-suited for families and active travelers who enjoy a vibrant setting with organized entertainment, as well as sightseers looking for convenient access to local attractions via the nearby ferry. To ensure a more comfortable stay, guests are advised to request a recently renovated room and be prepared for a lively, sometimes noisy, environment due to the club-like programming.
