Review summary
Summarized by AI from 300+ reviews
A lively family retreat near the coast.
This property serves as a practical base for families seeking a fun-filled getaway. The hotel sits alongside the Fenals area and is rounded out by an inviting water park that keeps younger guests entertained. The dedicated hospitality of the team consistently earns praise, and guests looking for extra comfort may want to inquire about room upgrades to avoid the dated furniture found in standard units. While the location offers easy beach access, the overall experience is tempered by significant concerns regarding sleeping arrangements and dining consistency.
Some guests mentioned: firm mattresses, inadequate soundproofing, additional amenity charges.
