With the beach, Central Festival and numerous nightlife options all a short walk away, the location of the hotel was considered fantastic by past guests in terms of exploring the city.

Most former visitors were thrilled when it came to the quality of the food served at the accommodation, with the breakfast highlighted in particular for its quality. The buffet breakfast has often been regarded as varied and appetising.

The hotel's rooftop swimming pool area was a popular aspect with many that used the facility. Along with great views and an inviting bar area, the pool itself was typically described as well-maintained and a nice place to unwind.

The Wi-Fi situation was a common source of grievance for previous visitors that stayed at the accommodation. Complimentary Wi-Fi is only accessible in the lobby area, while an additional fee is applied for those wanting to use the facility in other areas of the building - something that was understandably lambasted with regularity.

A notable amount of former guests were left disappointed about what they perceived to be a lack of in-room amenities. In particular, the lack of any tea/coffee making facilities was highlighted on multiple occasions.

A drawback of the accommodation's central location is noise - according to the feedback of numerous past visitors. As bars populate the street where the hotel resides, noise from music and revellers can apparently be noticeably bothersome.
