Review summary
Summarized by AI from 50+ reviews
This hotel is highly regarded for its excellent location, placing guests conveniently close to key attractions and transit, making it an ideal choice for both sightseers and business travelers. Its signature feature, a beautiful pool area, often receives praise, though some guests note issues with its cleanliness or temperature. The staff consistently earns high marks for their friendly and attentive service, contributing significantly to a positive stay. While the hotel's age is apparent in some areas, its central position and dedicated team remain strong draws. For a more comfortable experience, guests might consider requesting a room away from event halls to minimize noise and verifying the pool's condition upon arrival.
