About Hotel Hecht Appenzell

Hotel Hecht is situated right on the edge of the lively pedestrian zone in Appenzell, very near the river «Sitter» and the famous church of «St. Mauritius». We have lovingly renovated the hotel step by step since 2002 and can now offer you an attractive home from home. With a total of 38 hotel rooms it is ideal for both individuals and groups, so come and enjoy the appealing charm of our welcoming rooms. Breakfast is included for all our guests and if you are part of a group, we would be delighted to organise dinner for you in the hotel. We also recommend the restaurants and bar at our partner Romantik Hotel Säntis on the Landsgemeindeplatz, just a few minutes’ walk from Hotel Hecht. Our reception is open from 7am until 8:00pm daily. It is of course possible to organise a later check in; we kindly ask you to notify us in advance.
