Review summary
Summarized by AI from 50+ reviews
The hotel offers a unique and charming historic ambiance, with its signature feature being a beautiful internal garden that provides a tranquil escape. This makes it an ideal choice for sightseers and backpackers looking to explore the city's attractions, as well as couples seeking a picturesque and comfortable stay. Many guests appreciate the hotel's economical pricing and its central location, which places them within easy reach of museums, historical landmarks, and public transport. While the hotel is praised for its overall value and traditional charm, some guests note that its older nature means it may not appeal to those seeking modern, chain-hotel amenities. To ensure a pleasant experience, it is advisable to confirm specific room amenities upon booking and be prepared for a more rustic, authentic stay. The hotel's homely feel and secure parking are also frequently highlighted as positive aspects, contributing to a sense of comfort and ease for visitors.
