    Review summary

Summarized by AI from 50+ reviews

This hotel primarily caters to budget travelers seeking an affordable stay, despite significant drawbacks. While some guests appreciate the bargain price, the property struggles with fundamental issues. The location receives mixed reviews, with some finding it convenient while others note an unappealing and noisy environment. The staff and service are inconsistent, with some positive interactions overshadowed by reports of rude front desk staff and unresponsive management. Guests frequently report issues with security deposits and unexpected additional charges, raising concerns about financial transparency. The most significant concern, however, is the overwhelmingly negative feedback regarding room comfort, with widespread complaints about cleanliness, maintenance problems, and pest infestations.
