Review summary
Summarized by AI from 500+ reviews
This hotel is a versatile retreat, ideal for families, couples, and sightseers seeking a tranquil yet engaging South Tyrolean experience. Nestled in a picturesque village, its location offers easy access to the Italian Alps for both skiing and scenic walks. The expansive spa area, complete with multiple saunas and indoor/outdoor pools, caters to both relaxation and family fun, featuring a dedicated children's area and slide. Guests consistently praise the professional and attentive staff, and the culinary offerings, especially the varied breakfast buffet and gastronomic dinners, receive high acclaim. For optimal comfort, consider requesting a room not on the top floor if traveling during warmer months, due to the lack of air conditioning in some suites.
