Review summary
Summarized by AI from 30+ reviews
A historic city base defined by exceptional staff.
This hotel serves as a strategic home for sightseers who value a prime location over modern amenities. The central location in the heart of the Centro Histórico pairs with on-site facilities that are currently in need of significant refurbishment. The team’s exceptional service remains the property's greatest asset, providing a level of personalized hospitality that consistently elevates the guest experience. While the breakfast service offers a pleasant start to the day, those seeking a more polished environment may find the current state of the building a notable compromise.
Some guests mentioned: musty odor, worn-out mattresses, noisy air conditioning.
