    Review summary

Summarized by AI from 50+ reviews

This hotel is best suited for budget travelers and solo travelers seeking a no-frills stay. The property's most notable feature is its friendly and cooperative staff, who are often highlighted for their politeness and willingness to assist guests. While the hotel faces significant challenges with maintenance and cleanliness, including non-functional air conditioning and the pervasive presence of cockroaches, the staff consistently strives to provide a positive experience. Guests consistently praise the staff's helpfulness, even when addressing issues like non-working TVs or WiFi. For a more comfortable stay, consider requesting a room that has recently been serviced, as some guests have reported issues with unpleasant odors and unmade beds upon arrival.
