Review summary
Summarized by AI from 80+ reviews
This hotel is often chosen for its convenient downtown location and perceived value for money, making it a frequent choice for budget travelers, sightseers, and groups of friends looking for an affordable base. While some guests find the rooms clean and spacious, others report significant issues with hygiene and comfort. The service experience is highly polarized, with some guests praising the helpfulness of staff, while many others recount extremely negative interactions, particularly concerning management and various hotel policies. It is important to note that the hotel's older infrastructure and strict rules are recurring themes in guest feedback. To ensure a more comfortable stay, guests are advised to bring earplugs due to potential noise issues and to clarify all hotel policies, especially regarding deposits and visitors, upon arrival.
