The Hotel was under China Merchants Land Limited (Hong Kong Stock Exchange main-listed company stock code: 978) , the subsidiaries of China Merchants Group’s China Merchants Holdings Shekou Industrial Zone Holdings Co., Ltd. (Shenzhen Stock exchange certificate code: 001979). CM+ Hotels & Serviced Apartments, located in Financial District, the heart of Central and Sheung Wan (Sheung Wan MTR Station exit C), is the Group’s first hotels and serviced apartments in Hong Kong. It consists of two towers in North and South with 135 rooms. North Tower opened in 2016, offers 54 full harbour view deluxe rooms, Studio & One Bedroom with sizes 706 sq. ft. The newly developed South Tower, offers 81 harbour view and city view deluxe rooms, Studio sizes 630-655 sq ft, One Bedroom sizes 646-750 sq ft and Two Bedroom sizes 1412 sq.ft.
