It is waterfront villa situated on the bank of the holy river Pumba. The famous Aranmula Parthasarathy temple is very proximal to this homestay. Aranmula boat race can be viewed from this villa. Rooms are air-conditioned. 24 hour water and electricity, hot water facility, purified drinking water, and a fully equipped kitchen are some of the other features available in the villa. Guests can have a village tour; visits to Vasthu Vidya Gurukulam for watching mural paintings, country boat ride, watching the making of Aranmula Kannadi, sightseeing the Puncha Nelpadam (paddy filed).
