Review summary
Summarized by AI from 20+ reviews
The hotel is often noted for its spacious rooms, many of which feature a jacuzzi and offer captivating sea views, presenting a potentially high-value stay for guests. This makes it particularly appealing to couples seeking a romantic getaway and leisure travelers desiring scenic accommodations. Its prime location also positions it well for sightseers eager to explore the city on foot. However, a significant recurring theme in guest feedback points to a notable discrepancy between the hotel's online presentation and its actual condition, with many guests feeling the property appears neglected and does not live up to advertised images. While the staff consistently receives high praise for their helpfulness and friendliness, guests are advised to manage expectations regarding room maintenance and overall cleanliness. It is recommended to confirm the functionality of in-room amenities like the jacuzzi upon arrival and be aware of potential issues with the hotel's listed name for easier identification.
