Goa Airport is located in the village of Dabolim in Goa, India. It is the only airport in the state, established by the Portuguese in the 1950s. With the development of Goa as a tourist destination almost 200,000 tourists now arrive on charter flights, and the total passenger traffic is about 2.5 million. It is among the top ten buesiest airports in India. There are currently two terminals, one domestic and one international, but a new integrated terminal is under construction. There are also moves to separate it from the India Navy AIr Station which also uses the airport, as air training limits civilian flights.
